Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions purchased on the ATELIER website at atelierlooks.com, operated by Alash Group L.L.C-FZ (“ATELIER”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, U.A.E.

1. Subscriptions

ATELIER offers a free tier with a limited number of trial credits and paid subscription plans billed on a recurring (monthly) basis. Each plan provides a monthly allowance of credits used for virtual try-ons and Style Check reviews.

2. Billing and renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged the applicable fee until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal, accessible from your account. When you cancel:

Your subscription will not renew for the next billing period.
You will keep access to your paid plan and its features until the end of the current paid period.
After that period ends, your account reverts to the free tier.

4. Refunds

Except where a refund is required by applicable law:

Subscription fees are non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused credits, or features you did not use.
Credits (including bonus or referral credits) have no cash value and are not redeemable for money.

5. Bonus and referral credits

Bonus credits earned through promotions or the referral programme may expire after a defined period and are forfeited if unused before expiry. They are non-refundable and have no cash value.

6. Service changes

If we discontinue the Service or make a material change that substantially reduces the features of a paid plan, we will handle affected active subscriptions in a fair manner and in accordance with applicable law.
