Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ATELIER website at atelierlooks.com and related services (the “Service”), operated by Alash Group L.L.C-FZ (“ATELIER”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a limited liability company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (License No. 2203892.01), registered address Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. The Service

ATELIER is an AI-powered personal styling service. It provides outfit recommendations assembled from third-party retailers’ products, a virtual try-on preview feature, an outfit review feature (“Style Check”), a stylist chat, and the ability to save outfits. Recommendations, reviews, previews, and chat responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for inspiration and convenience only.

3. AI-generated content and styling advice

Styling recommendations, outfit reviews, virtual try-on images, and chat responses are produced by automated AI systems. They are suggestions, not professional advice, and may contain inaccuracies. Virtual try-on images are digital approximations and do not represent how a garment will actually fit, look, or feel. Product availability, prices, sizing, and descriptions are provided by third-party retailers and may be inaccurate or out of date. You are responsible for your own purchasing decisions.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Subscriptions, credits, and payments

The Service offers a free tier with a limited number of trial credits, and paid subscription plans that provide a monthly allowance of credits. Credits are a shared balance used for virtual try-ons and Style Check reviews (one credit per try-on or per Style Check). Generating outfit recommendations and using the stylist chat are subject to fair-use limits.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method the applicable recurring fee until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal accessible from your account. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew for the next period, and you will retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current paid period.

Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused credits, or unused features. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

7. Referral programme

We may offer a referral programme that grants bonus credits to a referring user when a person they refer becomes a paying subscriber. Bonus credits may have an expiry period and are subject to the programme’s rules, which we may change or discontinue at any time. We reserve the right to withhold or revoke bonus credits in cases of fraud, abuse, or attempts to game the programme (for example, creating fake accounts).

8. Affiliate relationships

ATELIER participates in affiliate programmes. Product links in recommended outfits are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you purchase products through them, at no additional cost to you. The retailers are independent third parties; we do not sell their products, and all purchases, payments, shipping, returns, and warranties are handled directly between you and the retailer under their own terms. We are not responsible for the products, the retailers, or your transactions with them.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Upload photographs of any person other than yourself without their consent, or any content you do not have the right to upload;
• Upload unlawful, infringing, obscene, or harmful content;
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, credit systems, or security measures;
• Use automated means to access the Service, scrape content, or place excessive load on the Service;
• Misuse the stylist chat for purposes unrelated to styling, or attempt to manipulate the AI systems;
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.

10. Photographs and your content

You retain ownership of the photographs and content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process and store that content solely to provide the Service to you (including sending photographs to our virtual try-on provider to generate previews, as described in our Privacy Policy). You represent that you have the right to upload the content and that it depicts you or that you have the necessary consent.

11. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, and software, is owned by Alash Group L.L.C-FZ and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recommendations, previews, or third-party product information will be accurate or suitable for you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alash Group L.L.C-FZ and its managers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service, your reliance on AI-generated recommendations, or your transactions with third-party retailers. To the extent we are found liable, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alash Group L.L.C-FZ from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, U.A.E., subject to any applicable free zone regulations.
